Reservations and
Cancellations:
To ensure your desired reservation
time, we recommend that you reserve your appointment in
advance. A credit card number is required to secure a
reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment we ask that you notify us at least by -6pm- the night prior.
Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time - if we do
not receive your cancellation notification we will have to charge
for the FULL price of the service reserved. We sincerely
appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Cell Phones:
Out of respect and consideration of our
other spa guests and to ensure your relaxation and serenity, we ask
that you kindly turn off all cell phones during your time at the
Day Spa.
Payment of
Services:
Gratuity is NOT included in the price
of services, therefore is left up to your discretion. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover.
